The first part is the toolbar at the top of the window. There are five buttons which do the following: load instruments, save current instrument, edit current instrument, delete current instrument, and play current instrument. The current instrument is the instrument that is selected
The second part is the instruments list. Here you will see an icon to the left. There will be a at the left if that slot contains an instrument. The names of the instruments are listed to the right. For more information about the current instrument,. you can look at the info to the right of the instrument list. You may have to expand the Instruments window by clicking the zoom box to display the info area. You can also press return to display a window allowing you to play the current instrument as well as edit several attributes. Double-clicking on an instrument in the instrument list will play that instrument. You can drag an instrument to move it to a different slot. Option-drag an instrument to make a copy in a different slot.
The third part of the Instruments window is the instrument info area to the right of the instruments list. You may have to expand the Instruments window by clicking the zoom box to display the info area. This area displays the size, volume, looping info, and finetune offset of the current instrument. If the size is zero, then there is no instrument in the selected slot.
